About me : 

I am Yafaowoloo Gea, SS, a professional freelance translator/ Interpreter, graduated from Methodist University of Indonesia Medan for my bachelor degree majoring in English Language and Literature. I have been translating and interpreting since 2006 for various clients or institutions, Non-Government Organizations, some universities and many more individual clients and agencies local and abroad. I translate wide-variety of documents, ranging from project progress reports, agreements and employee evaluations, proposal, contracts, operation manual, Transcript of Academic Records, Certificate of Graduation and research papers. I have been interpreting for church sermons, interviews and seminars. Now, I run an English Course named Gheesuke English Academy.

- Experienced in translating, interpreting for more than 7 years.

- A native and excellent speaker of Indonesian and Nias, and fluent in English for oral and written skills.

- Have excellent public speaking skill in both Indonesian and English. 

- Have a strong commitment to provide accurate and quality translation on time.

My Translation rate:

Indonesian - English  : 0.04-0.20 US$ per word

English - Indonesian  : 0.04-0.20 US$ per word

English - Nias           : 0.07 - 0.25 US$ per word

Nias - English           : 0.09 - 0.25 US$ per word

My Interpreting rate:

Interpreting rate per hour  : US$ 18 - 25

Interpreting rate per day   : US$ 125 - 200

*Accommodation, transportation tickets and meals are provided by the client. Fee is to be paid upon project completion
